3 Ship Your Return

- Flip-Coins & Flip-Disks (due to their nature as game-used tools)
- Any personalized, customized, or monogrammed items
- Opened or used protective gear where hygiene is paramount (e.g., used mouthguards, if sold).
- Any item not in its original, resalable condition (with tags, unused, in original packaging).
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your Ball-Bags arrived with a broken strap or you received Chain-Clips instead of the Down-Indicators you ordered, we apologize. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and prioritize a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
