    Ship to our fulfillment center at the address provided with your RMA instructions. We recommend a trackable service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  3. Once the return is approved, we will ship the new item via your chosen method. Any price difference will be charged or refunded.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

To protect the health and safety of our community of officials and maintain product integrity, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Cold-Weather-Accessories (e.g., neck warmers, thermal gear worn close to the skin).
  • Flip-Coins & Flip-Disks (due to their nature as game-used tools).
  • Any personalized, customized, or monogrammed items.
  • Opened or used protective gear where hygiene is paramount.
  • Any item not in its original, resalable condition (with tags, unused, in original packaging).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your Ball-Bags arrived with a broken strap or you received Chain-Clips instead of the Down-Indicators you ordered, we apologize. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and prioritize a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
